  • Long-term ownership mindset
  • Clear diligence process
What to expect
  • A confidential intro call to understand your priorities and timing
  • A high-level fit check based on your business and goals
  • A clear outline of diligence and transition steps
  • No-obligation discussion so you can decide at your pace
Timeline and confidentiality

Most conversations start months, sometimes years, before a sale. From a first call to close, a straightforward transaction typically runs three to six months: a few weeks to establish fit and agree on terms, roughly 45 to 75 days of diligence, then closing and a transition period you help define. We can move faster when records are clean, and we are comfortable staying in touch while you take longer.

Confidentiality is the default, not a formality. We sign an NDA before receiving financials, limit information to the small group directly evaluating the business, never contact your employees, customers, or vendors without your written approval, and return or destroy your materials if we do not proceed. You decide when and how your team learns about a transition.
